General Laborers (1099 Contractor Position)
Location: Bedford, Indiana and surrounding areas
Pay: $15–$17/hour (based on experience and performance)

We are currently seeking two reliable, hard-working laborers to join our experienced team. **No prior construction experience is required**—just a strong work ethic, willingness to listen and learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
A consistent history of hard work and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and take initiative
Willingness to learn various aspects of the construction trade
Positive attitude and ability to work respectfully with others
Dependable transportation to and from job sites
Position Type:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a W-2 employment opportunity. As a 1099 contractor, you will:
Be responsible for your own taxes
Not receive company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance or paid time off
Have some flexibility in scheduling but must meet daily job expectations and deadlines
